Come and learn the basics of piecrust making, different types of fillings, Pie versus Tart, the difference between the two and when each is appropriate. We will make Fruit filled Pie with Top Crust, Baked Custard Pies, and a Blind baked Tart for which will fill it with a Cream based Filling. Pie and tart types vary
