Cookie and Brownie Basics

About The Event
In this class we will learn the difference varieties of cookie doughs and batters a basic brownie recipes. We will make a Pan of Brownies, Cutout Sugar Cookies, and America's favorite Cookie; Chocolate chip cookies! The discussion portion of this class will include proper cookie mixing, drop cookies versus shaped cookies, when to chill cookie dough or not, choosing which add-ins for cookies and brownies, and picking different cookie shapes and decorations for them.
The Menu includes (but is not limited to): Chocolate chip Cookies( with add-in options), Oatmeal Cookies, Roll out Sugar Cookies, Chocolate Brownies(with add-in options), Peanut Butter Brownies.
Final menu items will be chosen and emailed back with payment receipt, "All Menu Items are subject to change based on Chefs discretion and ingredient availability, please email Chef Anthony prior to paying about any food allergies so proper substitutes can be chosen.
